How do I qualify?

In order to qualify, you must purchase 3 loaves of Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain or Farmhouse bread between 4/19/16 and 6/19/16. To receive the reward, you must Create an Account and upload a picture of your receipt(s) on the Get Started page by 11:59PM PT on 7/1/16. Within 5 business days of receiving your qualified receipt(s), we will email you a unique code (unique code expires at 11:59PM PT on 7/31/16) and link to the Redeem page. Simply enter your ZIP code and unique code, select your reward and you will automatically be emailed your reward voucher!

How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up/Log In at the top right corner of any page and enter the required information under “Sign Up”. After you submit the required information, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. Once you confirm your email address you will automatically be logged into your account.

Do I need to purchase all 3 loaves of participating Pepperidge Farm® bread in one transaction?

No, you can purchase the products in separate transactions. However, please keep in mind that all purchases must be made between 4/19/16 and 6/19/16.

How do I upload my receipt(s)?

After creating your account, you will be brought to the Get Started page to upload your receipt(s). Please circle the date, time and your qualifying products on your receipt(s) and then take a picture or scan the receipt(s). Then click ‘browse’ to upload the picture of your receipt(s). Once uploaded, a receipt icon will appear confirming the upload was completed successfully.

  • If you purchased all 3 qualifying products together (on the same receipt) then click ‘Submit’ after the receipt has been uploaded.
  • If you purchased all 3 qualifying products on separate receipts, after uploading your third receipt click the ‘Submit’ button.
  • If you haven’t purchased your third product yet, but you want to upload your first or second purchase, simply upload the picture of the receipt you have and return to this website to upload your third receipt no later than 11:59PM PT on July 1, 2016.

I only purchased 1 qualifying product so far. Can I upload my receipt now and upload my second/third receipt later?

Yes! Your first step will be to Create an Account. After that you will select the option “one product” from the drop down menu on the Get Started page. Click ‘browse’ to upload the picture of your receipt. Once the receipt has been uploaded, a receipt icon will appear confirming the upload was successful. After you have purchased your second and third product (remember all products must be purchased by 11:59 PM PT June 19, 2016!), log back into your account, upload your final receipt and click ‘Submit’ to complete your Registration. All receipts must be submitted no later than 11:59PM PT on July 1, 2016.

How can I tell if I uploaded my receipt(s) correctly?

After you have uploaded your receipt(s), you will receive an email confirming the receipt was uploaded successfully.

How many rewards can I receive?

You can select one reward. There is a limit of one reward per person/email address/booking group during the duration of the program (A booking group is one or more persons accompanying the voucher holder).

What is a booking group?

A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the Voucher holder. This means if you and your friend (or relative) have a Voucher for the same Venue, you unfortunately cannot go at the exact same time slot. Only one (1) Voucher can be used in each visit.

When do I have to submit my receipt(s)?

Your receipt(s) must be uploaded and submitted by 11:59PM PT on July 1, 2016. Please don’t forget to circle the qualifying items and the date and time of purchase on your receipt(s).

I have uploaded and submitted my receipt(s). How do I redeem my reward?

Within 5 business days of receiving your uploaded receipt(s), you will receive an email containing a unique code and link to the Redeem page to choose your Reward. If you have not received this email within 5 business days please check your spam box or email us at PepperidgeFarmReward@rewardrequest.com or call at (617) 939-0392 Monday through Friday 9AM – 6PM ET (excluding public holidays).

When does my unique code expire?

The unique code you are emailed after we receive your valid Registration must be used on the Redeem page by 11:59PM PT on July 31, 2016.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I log into my account?

If you have forgotten your account password, click here. You will be able to reset your account password.

Are there any restrictions to the offers?

Offer valid with the purchase of 3 loaves of Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain & Farmhouse bread between 4/19/16 and 6/19/16. This reward is only valid in the continental United States (excluding AK and HI). Your registration (uploading your qualified receipt(s)) is required by 11:59PM PT on 7/1/16. There is a limit of one reward per customer name/email address/booking group (A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the Voucher holder). This reward is subject to availability and the value and types of rewards will vary depending on the geographic location and vendor fulfilling the reward. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to redeem. The unique code required to complete redemption must be used by 11:59PM PT on 7/31/16. How long do I have to use my voucher?

All vouchers are valid for three months from date of issue. The voucher expiration date is displayed on the voucher.

I clicked on “Notify Me” because there was no Beauty Treatment or Health & Wellness Session Reward available in my area, when will I hear back if there is an offer in my preferred area?

Once you submit a “Notify Me,” our representatives will work hard to solidify a Beauty Treatment or Health & Wellness Reward in your area. We will notify you as soon as that offer is identified, which could take 4-6 weeks depending on your area. We will provide an update via email within two (2) weeks. Please make sure to check your spam box, as well.

What if a Beauty Treatment or Health & Wellness Session Reward is not able to be identified in my preferred area?

If in the extremely rare instance a Beauty Treatment or Health & Wellness reward cannot be established within your preferred area, we will provide an alternative offer of comparable value.

I changed my mind and want to exchange my reward for another. What do I do?

Sorry, your venue and offer selection is final.

What is the Beauty Treatment Reward?

The Reward is for one free Beauty Treatment at a participating beauty salon. Services vary from salon to salon and may include, but are not limited to a deep conditioning treatment, a manicure, a pedicure, a make-up application/consultation, a blowout, etc.

Do I need to bring anything to the venue for my Beauty Treatment?

Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID with the printed voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Please also call ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.

Can I give my Beauty Treatment voucher to a friend?

No, the vouchers are not transferable and cannot be sold for cash.

What is the Health & Wellness Session Reward?

The Reward is for one free Health & Wellness Session at a participating venue. Services vary from each venue and may include, but are not limited to a free yoga/pilates class, gym pass, roller skating rink pass, digital fitness classes, personal training session, or nutritional consultation.
